RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only issued in the unlikely event of a fault on our side. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Any approved returns must meet the following conditions:
– Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
– Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery
– Items not meeting these standards may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing returns.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin the process, please contact fullostudios1@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Processing times may be extended during busy periods.
Please note: any items returned without prior contact or not linked to a valid order will not be processed.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ORDERS
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, including door and apartment numbers.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
